Solar Integrated Wins Major Solar Roofing Contract from Toyota
700 kW Distribution Center is World’s Largest BIPV Project Announced to Date

London, UK, June 27, 2006 – Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM: SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. to provide a 700 kW BIPV roofing system for their New York Region parts distribution center located in West Caldwell, New Jersey.  The Company believes that this project is the world’s largest BIPV roof installation announced to date.

The solar roof for the Toyota parts distribution center is Solar Integrated’s second announced BIPV project in New Jersey in recent weeks.  This 700 kW solar project, located in West Caldwell, is the largest size system eligible for New Jersey’s solar program.  New Jersey has become a very active market for solar applications due to its solar rebates and other incentive programs including tax exemptions.
