Shareholders

While there may be institutional investors that hold more than 10% of the Company's common shares in nominee accounts, there are no registered holders that hold more than 10% of the Company's common shares. In aggregate, members of the board of directors and management hold 9,506,195 common shares representing 13.4% of the Company's outstanding common shares, including Bruce M. Khouri, a founder and non-executive director, who owns 6,725,399 common shares representing 6.78% of the Company's outstanding common shares.

Holders of more than 3% of the Company's stock: Artemis 13.65%, Goldman Sachs 9.86% and Bruce Khouri 6.78%.
