Colorado Springs Utilities - Renewable Energy Rebate Program

Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) offers a $4-per-watt (AC) rebate to customers who install grid-connected solar electric (PV) systems up to 25 kW for commercial systems. The reservation request deadline for 2006 is September 1, 2006, and systems must be installed by December 31, 2006.

Holy Cross Energy - WE CARE Rebates

Holy Cross Energy's WE CARE (With Efficiency, Conservation And Renewable Energy) Program will pay up to $2.00/W of customers' installed capacity for renewable energy generation using wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic, biomass or geothermal technology. Payments are not to exceed 50% of actual installed costs, and the maximum rebate per installation is $50,000.
