Corporate Income Tax Credit for Green Buildings

Maryland has introduced a 20% tax credit against the cost of installing Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) technology. The tax credit is applicable to commercial and multi-family construction that meets criteria set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council or other similar criteria.
