London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, December 20, 2006 – SIT, announces today that it has raised £10 million (£9.5 million after cash expenses) by the issue of 33,333,333 new Common Shares at a price of 30p per share, representing a discount of 37.5 per cent. to the closing mid-market price on 19 December 2006.

Solar Integrated Wins Second European Order From ProLogis

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, October 17, 2006 – SIT, announced today that it has won an order from ProLogis Spain S.L., a subsidiary of ProLogis (NYSE:PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services. The order, which is for a 104 kW BIPV roofing system to be installed at a distribution facility in Santa Oliva, Spain, is the second order received by Solar Integrated from ProLogis.

 

SOLAR INTEGRATED WINS $5 MILLION CONTRACT FROM U.S. GSA Company's Largest Contract Awarded to Date

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, September 29, 2006 - Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has won a $5 million contract from the United States General Services Administration (GSA) for the installation of a turn-key BIPV roofing system for the NARA Murphy Federal Records Center in Waltham, Massachusetts. The contract is expected to be completed in 2006.

 

Solar Integrated Signs Multi-Year Exclusive Supply and Cooperation Agreement with United Solar Ovonic

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, September 29, 2006 – Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has signed a new multi-year supply and cooperation agreement with United Solar Ovonic LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD Ovonics) (NASDAQ:ENER). United Solar Ovonic has been a long-standing supplier of flexible thin-film amorphous photovoltaic laminates to Solar Integrated. The last supply agreement between the parties was signed in May 2004 and was set to expire on December 31, 2007. This new supply agreement contemplates the purchase by Solar Integrated of more than 100 MW of flexible thin-film amorphous photovoltaic laminates from United Solar Ovonic through December 31, 2010. Under the new agreement, Solar Integrated retains certain exclusivity rights in the North American market for its BIPV application.

 

Solar Integrated Reports 2006 First Half Results and Corporate Update

Solar Integrated Obtains Waiver and Amendment of Credit Facility With GE

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, August 29, 2006 – SIT, announced today that it has obtained a waiver of its breach of covenants under its revolving line of credit with an affiliate of GE Energy Financial Services.  The Company also reported that the credit facility has been amended to provide access to more capital under the borrowing base eligibility criteria and to provide the Company with more flexibility relating to the facility’s financial covenants.

 

More Power-Generating Roofs Installed on San Diego Schools in Project by Solar Integrated and GE Energy Financial Services

London, UK, and San Diego, California, August 8, 2006 – SIT, announced today that it has completed the installation of solar panels doubling as roofs on three additional schools in San Diego, California.  A total of 22 schools now have solar roofs manufactured, constructed and installed by Solar Integrated since the program with GE Energy Financial Services began in April 2005.

Clarification

London, UK, January 25, 2006 – Following the announcement made earlier today SIT, would like to clarify that the aggregate current installed capacity from their 58 completed projects is approximately 6 to 6.5MW rather than the 5 MW previously stated.
