Clarification

London, UK, January 25, 2006 - Following the announcement made earlier today Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM: SIT.LN), would like to clarify that the aggregate current installed capacity from their 58 completed projects is approximately 6 to 6.5MW rather than the 5 MW previously stated. These numbers are subject to the year end audit of revenue recognition.
