We start with a robust, industrial-grade, waterproof membrane measuring either 60mm, 80mm or 96mm in thickness. All versions of this membrane are well suited to a variety of hot, cold, wet and dry climates. We then laminate flexible amorphous PV modules to the roofing fabric using a special proprietary adhesive and manufacturing process. The result is an integrated, efficient, flexible solar roofing panel. These panels are available in two standard configurations, producing either 816W or 744W of clean electricity. A Solar Integrated roofing expert will visit your site, evaluate your rooftop space and select the material and panel configuration best suited to your needs. Our team will then design a customized BIPV solar roofing system using multiple panels, configured for maximum roof top coverage and electricity output. As an illustrative example, a 100,000 square foot roof will yield 334 kW DC STC, assuming 80% coverage of the roof with solar panels. Please note that all roofs are different and coverage and output will vary. Installation is quick, professional and non-intrusive to your day to day business. Customers may complement their solar roof with our optional REM (Renewable Energy Management) system. REM uses the internet to measure the power your roof is producing in real time and at multiple locations. With this information you can validate your investment and predict future power requirements and expenses. |
