Business Energy Tax Credit

Oregon offers up to a 35% corporate tax credit on solar projects installed in Oregon, up to a maximum of $3.5 million. The credit can be taken 10% in first and second years, 5% in each year thereafter; excess credit may be carried forward eight years.
