Spain Feed-In Tariff

In Spain, renewable energy is supported at the national level as a Special System, as defined in the Electric Power Act (law 54/1997). The most important instrument is a system of feed-in tariffs. Spain’s current feed-in tariff for photovoltaic electricity is 41.4 €cents/kWh for the first 25 years and 33.2 €cents/kWh thereafter.
